For the professional care of our technical facilities and for the technical maintenance of the building, we are looking for a

Caretaker / Building Technician 100 % (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the optimal care of all technical facilities of the Airport Hotel, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, control (HVAC)
- Carrying out repairs (e.g. painting work, furniture and fittings) and maintaining the garden and outdoor facilities
- Contact person for all internal and external interest groups
- Responsibility for correspondence with public authorities and fulfilment of their requirements in close cooperation with the casino's facility management team
- Responsibility for compliance with the legally prescribed standards

Your profile
- Completed training in the technical field (e.g. building services engineering, construction management, property management or electrician EFZ)
- Willingness to work on call 
- Strong technical understanding
- Very good knowledge of German is essential, knowledge of French is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills, time and professional flexibility and a positive attitude 
- Impeccable reputation
